We’re looking for a dynamic marketer to join the Marketing Programs team, under the Postpaid Marketing Acquisition, Brand & Value Proposition team. This role works hand-in-hand with organizations across Canada to provide their employees and customers with exclusive deals on mobility. As a larger team, we are responsible for driving profitable growth through strategic segments of TELUS Consumer Solutions, and we have direct responsibility and supporting leadership for all ‘4 Ps’ of the marketing mix to drive our business objectives.
Impact you’ll make
The Senior Product Manager will lead the development of our partnership strategy by supporting tailored marketing tactics to drive growth within market segments and partnerships. You will identify innovative ways to attract and convert new TELUS customers, through thoughtfully crafted customer journeys. You will collaborate with talented teams of SMEs across the business, drive campaign excellence, optimize customer engagement and conversion, and contribute meaningfully to our long‑term growth strategy of the team.

Manage consumer mobility partnership strategy and portfolio of partners
Develop end‑to‑end customer engagement and prospecting journeys, ensuring seamless customer experiences
Develop and maintain digital customer journeys

Carry out data analysis and KPI tracking, monitoring the success of programs and pivoting based on data insights
Track performance for TELUS & Koodo partnerships, including partnership value and campaign performance to help optimize strategies
Support campaign and go‑to‑market activities to execute 1:1 marketing campaigns through internal channels and external partners
Develop strong cross‑functional relationships with key internal partners including sales, pricing operations and product
Create sales enablement material to drive partner engagement in key segments
Qualifications

5+ years of experience in marketing or channel strategy
Strong communication skills and a natural ability to influence without direct authority, able to translate business needs into asks and discovery conversations with diverse teams
Comfortable translating complex insights for senior leadership and surfacing the headlines that matter most
Uses data strategically—not just analysing available metrics, but identifying what’s missing and building dashboards and reporting that surface the insights that matter
Thrives in roles that work at the centre of cross‑functional matrix teams, and wants to partner with SMEs in various channels and subjects to achieve ambitious business objectives
Experience working with sales and developing sales enablement (GTM) materials
Excellent project management skills, taking something from an idea to launch
Bias for action to get deliverables completed
Thrives in change and ambiguity, handling shifting demands with ease
Curious and driven to deeply understand our business and seek out new areas of opportunity
Transparent, reliable and has a positive attitude
Self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced, changing environment, has a strong sense of ownership, and is excited to contribute to a fun and collaborative work environment
Nice‑to‑Haves
Experience mentoring and working with more junior team members to help develop as a team
Don’t have everything you think we need for ‘what it takes’? Don’t let that dissuade you! Attitude, motivation, and a willingness to learn and collaborate are the most important things we are looking for. If you think you have what it takes, please apply.
Benefits
High opportunity for ownership, and to be recognized and rewarded for excelling
Highly‑engaged, dynamic and collaborative environment
Opportunities for personal development through training, networking and career development
Organization that continuously supports you giving back to the community you live in
Competitive compensation and benefits
Place that passionately puts our customers and communities first, embraces change and innovates courageously, and grows together through spirited teamwork
Please note – you can be located anywhere in Canada, but the ideal candidate is flexible to work Eastern business hours.
