WHAT’S ON OFFER
Reporting to the
Director, Product,
as
Senior Product Manager
at ODAIA. You will operate at the intersection of product vision, customer value, and data-driven decision making, ensuring our products deliver measurable outcomes for customers while scaling ODAIA’s platform capabilities. This is not a growth PM role and not focused on upstream analytics exploration. This is a systems-oriented product leadership role responsible for owning the features and product delivery end-to-end—from user experience through to technical architecture, delivery, and release.
This role is ideal for a PM who:
Thinks in systems, not features
Can go deep technically when needed
Understands how complex platforms scale and evolve
Experience building B2B products with a clear buyer–user split, balancing end-user experience with business value for decision-makers.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Own and evolve a complex product system, not just a roadmap of features
Support hands-on onboarding for new customers, ensuring they are set up for success and risks are identified and addressed early.
Support post-launch activities, ensuring teams are successfully onboarded and any issues are surfaced, addressed, and appropriately prioritized.
Partner deeply with Engineering to define technical direction, trade-offs, and architecture implications
Drive structured execution across planning, delivery, and release cycles
Break down complex problems across interconnected systems and workflows into clear, actionable components
Ensure resilience, scalability, and maintainability of the product over time
Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Data, and Design to deliver cohesive platform experiences
Establish strong release discipline, including planning, coordination, and post-release evaluation
Balance long-term platform health with short-term business needs
Bring clarity to ambiguity in highly complex, multi-stakeholder environment
Coordinate deeply with Business Acceleration, Commercial, Analytics, Data Management, Engineering, and Design to ensure product strategies are grounded in technical feasibility
Be outcome-driven, using both quantitative and qualitative insights to guide decisions
Provide clear context to stakeholders on what the data is showing, what it isn’t, and how learnings should influence strategy
Champion experimentation, measurement, and continuous learning across teams
WHAT YOU BRING
5–8+ years of Product Management experience in SaaS or platform-based products
Proven experience owning complex systems or platform-level product areas
Strong systems thinking—Ability to understand the product as an interconnected system, anticipate downstream impacts of decisions, and make choices that support long-term scalability, stability, and leverage.
Experience working closely with Engineering on technical design, trade-offs, and architecture
Track record of leading delivery for large, cross-functional teams (including pods of 8–12 engineers)
Experience with release management and structured product delivery
Ability to own products end-to-end, with a strong focus on user-facing application experiences while confidently operating across technical systems, data, and platform considerations.
Strong execution mindset—you drive clarity, accountability, and outcomes
Excellent communication skills, especially in translating complexity into clear decisions
Nice to have:
Experience with data platforms, AI/ML systems, or life sciences
Background in platform modernization or scaling products
