Job Summary: The Senior Product Manager will lead agile delivery and strategic direction for enterprise mobile applications and digital credential products. This role requires a strong technical foundation in mobile and backend technologies, combined with expertise in user-centered design and digital credentials ecosystems. The successful candidate will collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to drive product success, roadmap alignment, and industry standards compliance. Responsibilities: Apply user-centered design principles using research, analytics, and real-world usage to guide product decisions. Develop and maintain product roadmaps that align service needs, technical capabilities, regulatory trends, and industry standards. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including product managers, developers, UX designers, researchers, DevOps, architects, and security specialists. Remove blockers and manage dependencies across internal and external partners to maintain delivery momentum. Communicate complex technical and product concepts clearly to executives, business units, developers, policy teams, and external stakeholders. Evaluate technical feasibility, risks, and trade-offs across mobile wallet, agent, backend, and ecosystem components. Build and maintain trusted relationships with partner ministries, industry groups, and governance bodies. Provide subject-matter leadership on verifiable credentials, security, privacy, and model implementations. Translate emerging standards and architectural concepts into actionable product requirements and contribute to interoperability planning. Required Skills & Certifications: Proven experience as a Product Manager with mobile application expertise (Kotlin, Swift, React Native). Strong technical background in software development for mobile and backend (Node.js, Go, Python). Experience leading agile teams and managing product roadmaps, timelines, and risks. Solid understanding of API design, microservices, cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS), and scalable secure architectures. Hands-on experience with mobile app architecture, SDK management, and API integration. Expertise in digital credentials ecosystems including wallets, issuers, verifiers, trust registries, and related standards (W3C VC, DIDs). Ability to communicate complex technical and product concepts to diverse audiences. Experience with user-centered design and iterative product development cycles. Preferred Skills & Certifications: Knowledge of digital identity frameworks such as PCTF, NIST, and eIDAS. Experience contributing to standards discussions and interoperability planning. Previous hands-on software development or architecting experience in relevant technology stacks. Familiarity with security and privacy considerations in digital credential solutions. Experience working with multidisciplinary teams including DevOps, UX, researchers, and policy teams. Special Considerations: Must be able to manage dependencies and unblock obstacles in a complex stakeholder environment. Role requires strong collaboration with external partners, governance bodies, and industry groups. Ability to handle communication and escalation of risks, blockers, and delivery issues promptly. Scheduling: Work schedule aligned with agile team ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and iteration reviews. May require coordination across multiple time zones and flexible collaboration hours.
