About You:
Relevant tertiary qualification in education, applied linguistics, TESOL, academic development, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering academic literacy and English language support resources and programs in a tertiary context. Familiarity with adaptive learning technologies and digital platforms for academic support.
Strong understanding of inclusive education principles, including UDL and support for diverse student cohorts.
Proven ability to collaborate with academic staff to embed academic skills into curriculum and assessment.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and disciplines.
Ability to manage and administrate a complex, university-wide initiative.
