Job Title: Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer – Technical Lead We are seeking a hands-on Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer / Technical Lead to deliver enterprise CRM, Customer Service, and case management solutions. Minimum 7 years of software development experience , 5 years with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform , and 3 years in a technical leadership role . Proven experience leading MS Dynamics development teams, mentoring developers, conducting code reviews, and establishing development standards. Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Service , Customer Service Workspace, Agent Experience Profiles, session templates, workstreams, and routing. Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse , data modeling, security, plug-ins, workflows, and low-code/custom development. Experience designing Azure solutions using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, App Services, Azure Storage, and Key Vault . Experience developing enterprise integrations and implementing Azure DevOps, GitHub, CI/CD pipelines , and automated deployments. Ability to translate business requirements into secure, scalable solution architectures and lead Agile delivery across cross-functional teams. Experience with permitting, licensing, registration, inspection, compliance, or case management solutions is highly relevant; public-sector experience is an asset . #J-18808-Ljbffr
