The Opportunity Creatr is a UK-based digital marketing agency operating in a high-risk vertical within the digital economy. We manage a portfolio of 18-20 clients (content creators) and drive customer acquisition primarily through paid media on Meta platforms. This is not a standard media buying role. We operate in one of the most challenging environments on Meta. Ad accounts get restricted and shut down. Infrastructure needs to be rebuilt, sometimes overnight. Compliance requirements are strict and constantly evolving. The pressure is real , the stakes are high, and the margin for error is thin. If you have not operated in this kind of environment before, this role will be a significant step up from what you are used to. We are looking for someone who thrives under that pressure , someone who sees a banned account not as a crisis but as a problem they have solved before and will solve again. The right person for this role is part strategist, part operator, and part firefighter. Monthly ad spend is $300K . The immediate priority is maximising profitability at current spend levels. The longer-term trajectory is scaling toward seven-figure monthly ad spend while maintaining that profitability. Responsibilities Campaign Management - Build, launch, optimise, and scale campaigns across all clients in the portfolio - Manage significant budgets with clear accountability for return on spend - Continuously test and iterate on audiences, placements, creatives, and bidding strategies Creative Direction - Lead the creative pipeline: identify what is performing, diagnose fatigue, define what needs to be tested next - Produce clear creative briefs with deadlines, ensuring a continuous queue of assets in production - Own the testing framework: structured, systematic creative testing with documented learnings Account Infrastructure and Resilience - Manage the full Business Manager and ad account ecosystem - Maintain operational resilience at all times: backup accounts, warming protocols, contingency plans - Handle account restrictions, bans, and policy enforcement independently, with minimal downtime - Ensure the operation can continue running even when things go wrong, because they will Analytics and Reporting - Go beyond surface-level ROAS. Our business model is complex, and standard platform attribution metrics do not tell the full story - Work with cohort-based economics, customer lifetime value, and payback periods to assess true acquisition profitability - Contribute to defining the right north-star profitability metric for paid acquisition. This is a strategic input, not just a reporting task - Deliver clear, concise performance updates to directors. No daily standups or status meetings, results-driven communication only Scaling - Develop and execute a structured plan to increase profitability at current spend, then scale beyond it - Apply proven acquisition strategies to new clients as they launch, delivering profitable performance from week one - Identify and unlock new opportunities within Meta's platform to increase volume without sacrificing efficiency Requirements Experience - Minimum 5 years personally managing Meta Ads campaigns at $100K+/month in spend, not overseeing, not advising, but operating: building campaigns, adjusting bids, analysing results, and making daily decisions in the account - Demonstrated track record of scaling spend from five to six figures monthly while maintaining or improving efficiency - Experience operating in restricted or high-risk verticals is a strong advantage. Candidates from regulated industries such as finance, health, supplements, or lead generation are also well suited. You must be comfortable working within strict platform compliance requirements and navigating the operational challenges that come with them Analytical Ability - Strong command of performance data: CPA, LTV, cohort analysis, payback periods, and blended metrics - Comfortable working with complex business models where first-touch attribution does not tell the full story - Ability to build and maintain performance dashboards, identify trends early, and make data-backed scaling decisions Mindset and Work Ethic - Fully self-sufficient. You do not wait for direction, you assess the situation, form a plan, and execute - Operationally resilient. If accounts go down outside business hours, you act immediately. This role carries 24/7 accountability for critical infrastructure - Comfortable working in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment where things break regularly and need to be fixed quickly - Commercially minded. You understand that every pound of ad spend needs to generate measurable return and you operate with that urgency - High ownership. When something underperforms, you diagnose the root cause and fix it.
