Working closely with customers, suppliers, manufacturing personnel, and fellow engineers, you will play a critical role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Design hydraulic, lubrication, and custom mechanical systems for industrial applications Prepare engineering drawings, schematics, layouts, specifications, and bills of materials Support project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and technical execution Collaborate with manufacturing, procurement, vendors, and customers throughout project lifecycles Participate in design reviews and provide technical recommendations and solutions Ensure designs comply with applicable safety, quality, and regulatory requirements Provide technical support during fabrication, assembly, testing, installation, and commissioning Travel periodically to customer sites throughout North America and internationally for project support, troubleshooting, and start-up activities Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and engineering best practices Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline 5–7 years of progressive engineering experience within industrial, hydraulic, lubrication, fluid power, process, or heavy equipment environments Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation or eligibility considered an asset Experience developing technical drawings, layouts, and engineering documentation Strong understanding of mechanical systems and industrial equipment Experience working directly with customers, suppliers, and multidisciplinary project teams Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project coordination skills Ability and willingness to travel as required Who Will Be Successful in This Role?
