Senior Performance Marketing Manager (Travel Insurance) Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid: Tuesday to Thursday in office) Pay Rate: Up to $42.00/hour + 4% Vacation Pay Potential for Full-Time Conversion About the Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Senior Performance Marketing Manager to join a dynamic and collaborative marketing team on a maternity leave coverage contract. This role is ideal for a results-oriented marketer with a strong background in paid media, digital acquisition, website optimization, and performance marketing analytics. You will lead the execution and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns, driving awareness, engagement, lead generation, and conversion across both B2B and direct-to-consumer audiences. Working closely with product, analytics, digital, and agency partners, you'll play a key role in advancing marketing performance and supporting business growth initiatives. Why Apply? Manage campaigns across multiple channels including paid media, email, website, content marketing, direct mail, and print. Lead paid media execution across search, social, display, and native advertising platforms. Partner with internal teams and agency partners to launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns. Recommend improvements to targeting, messaging, creative, budgets, and channel mix to maximize ROI. Support go-to-market initiatives for travel insurance products and promotions. Website Optimization & Digital Experience Support website optimization initiatives to improve traffic quality, engagement, and conversions. Collaborate with digital and UX teams to enhance user journeys and customer experiences. Manage website content updates related to campaigns, product launches, and seasonal initiatives. Ensure digital experiences align with campaign objectives and conversion goals. Performance Measurement & Optimization Monitor and analyze campaign performance using KPIs such as CTR, CPA, conversions, CAC, and ROAS. Deliver actionable insights and optimization recommendations based on campaign data. Execute A/B testing strategies across creative, messaging, landing pages, and audience segments. Track marketing spend, budget pacing, and performance reporting. Partner with analytics teams to identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with product, distribution, digital, analytics, and agency partners. Manage multiple projects and stakeholders while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. Ensure campaign execution remains on schedule and aligned with business objectives. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of marketing experience with a strong focus on acquisition and conversion marketing. Proven experience executing and optimizing digital campaigns across: Paid Search Paid Social Display Advertising Website Marketing Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics, including: CPA ROAS CAC Conversion Rate Funnel Performance Experience using data to drive campaign optimization and business decisions. Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience within insurance, financial services, or a related regulated industry. Background in B2B and/or direct-to-consumer (DTC) marketing. Experience managing agency relationships and multichannel marketing programs. Familiarity with the Canadian travel agency ecosystem. French bilingualism is considered an asset.
