You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, technical details, and develop solutions that meet customer needs. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Design and Develop Integrations: Design, develop, and deliver high-quality integrations for SuccessFactors' suite of products using CPI, meeting customer needs and ensuring seamless functionality. - Collaborative Solution Delivery: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, technical details, and develop solutions that meet customer needs, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution. - Technical Documentation and Testing: Maintain technical documentation and knowledge base, perform unit testing and integration testing, and troubleshoot technical issues related to CPI application development. - Third-Party Interactions: Manage third-party interactions, resolving any technical issues with CPI interfaces, and ensuring smooth operations. - Code Reviews and Best Practices: Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices, and staying up-to-date on industry trends and SuccessFactors product roadmap. This position can be performed from anywhere in the USA. **Required technical and professional expertise** - Deep Expertise in Integration Development: Proven experience in designing, developing, and delivering high-quality integrations for SuccessFactors' suite of products using CPI, with a strong understanding of technical details and customer needs. - Experience with Cross-Functional Collaboration: A track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, technical details, and develop solutions that meet customer needs, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution. - Strong Technical Documentation and Testing Skills: Experience in maintaining technical documentation and knowledge base, performing unit testing and integration testing, and troubleshooting technical issues related to CPI application development. - Proficiency in Third-Party Interactions: Experience in managing third-party interactions, resolving technical issues with CPI interfaces, and ensuring smooth operations. - Mastery of Coding Standards and Best Practices: Deep understanding of coding standards and best practices, with experience participating in code reviews and staying up-to-date on industry trends and SuccessFactors product roadmap. **Preferred technical and professional experience** - Familiarity with Industry Trends: Knowledge of current industry trends and competitor activity in the SuccessFactors space, with the ability to apply this understanding to inform integration development and stay ahead of the curve. - SuccessFactors Product Roadmap: Understanding of the SuccessFactors product roadmap, with the ability to anticipate and prepare for future changes and updates, ensuring seamless integration and optimal functionality.
