Our Data & AI team is one of our fastest-growing practices, with strong client demand across sectors to modernize data platforms and operationalize AI. We are seeking a highly experienced AI consulting leader to drive the growth and delivery of Google Gemini Enterprise-based solutions across our client base. This role sits at the intersection of technology, strategy, and commercial execution, helping organizations unlock value from generative AI and agentic workflows.
You will lead end-to-end client engagements, from shaping AI strategy through to delivering enterprise-scale implementations, while collaborating closely with Google Cloud to co-develop solutions and accelerate joint go-to-market initiatives.
What you will do
Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders (CIO, CTO, CDO, CFO), guiding AI-driven transformation agendas
Lead AI strategy engagements, including maturity assessments, Gemini Enterprise roadmaps, and operating model & governance design
Translate complex business challenges into clear AI-enabled opportunities and value cases
Architect end-to-end Gemini Enterprise solutions, covering data integration & grounding, agentic workflows, and security/compliance frameworks
Provide technical oversight across data, AI/ML, and cloud engineering teams to ensure cohesive delivery
Advise on scalable deployment models and enterprise integration (ERP, CRM, collaboration platforms)
Lead large-scale AI programs from pilot through enterprise rollout, ensuring quality, timelines, and value realization
Develop reusable assets and accelerators (use cases, reference architectures, deployment playbooks) to scale delivery
Build and manage strategic relationships with Google Cloud, aligning client needs with product roadmap evolution
Co-develop joint solutions and go-to-market offerings with partners and contribute to capability development
Support business development and complex pursuits, including solution shaping, proposals, and pricing models
Present Gemini Enterprise solutions to executive audiences, translating technical concepts into clear business narratives
Drive client-facing storytelling on agentic AI, productivity gains, and ROI realization
Contribute to firm thought leadership and market positioning in AI transformation
What you bring to the role
10+ years in consulting, technology, or AI/data leadership roles
Proven track record delivering enterprise AI or cloud transformation programs
Expertise in enterprise AI architecture and design
Strong expertise in generative AI/LLMs, enterprise data architecture, and cloud platforms (
GCP
preferred)
Experience engaging and influencing C-suite stakeholders
Ability to shape, position, and close complex deals
Demonstrated success contributing to business development and revenue growth
Experience with
Google Cloud
ecosystem and strategic alliances
Exposure to AI agents/agentic workflows and enterprise AI governance frameworks
Track record building repeatable consulting offerings and intellectual property
KPMG Ontario Region Pay Range Information
The expected base salary range for this position is $147,000 to $192,000 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant's base salary within this range is based on the individual's location, skills & competencies, and unique qualifications. In addition, KPMG offers a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards program.
