Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in economics, Finance, Accounting, Law, Taxation, or a related field Advanced degrees such as MBA, Masters, LLM, or professional qualifications like CPA, ACCA, ADIT, or equivalent are advantageous Extensive knowledge of high net worth individuals’ market: needs, network, way of communication, etc Great understanding of personal taxation, internation and corporate taxation, legal considerations Over 10 years of relevant experience with private clients, preferably within professional services firm, Ability to understand clients’ issues and provide value and complex solutions attracting several service lines and geographies Strong leadership, client centricity, communication skills, organizational, project management. Preferably vast business acumen of professional services and family office businesses Ability to work effectively in a team environment Fluent in English Proficient in computer skills Willingness to travel as needed Duties and Responsibilities: Assist partners in generating new business opportunities, building long-lasting client networks, and growing the client base in the region through marketing and business development initiatives Delivery of technically complex and demanding consulting projects, ensuring technical excellence and high-quality client service Manage client engagements, monitor progress and deliverables, implement standardized processes, and drive performance-improvement solutions Collaborate with other service lines, geographies, and diverse work groups to build advisory services, related opportunities, and long-term relationships Create, lead, retain and motivate high-performing teams, fostering a positive learning culture, and coaching team members to aid their development Manage efficiently engagement economics
