Responsibilities: Oversees the consultants to develop the 30-Year Long-Term Plan and the 15-Year Master Plan and coordinates their approval and official publication by the relevant authorities. Acts as the custodian of the approved Master Plan. Implements Compliance to the Master Plan through a development control mechanisms. Forecasts required land management activities, including land acquisition and resettlement, to ensure investment readiness of Alatau City. Coordinates with the Chief Digital & AI Officer on the development of the Alatau City Digital Twin and the implementation of Smart City technologies for integrated urban management. Coordinates with Chief Investment officer on Land requirements in the investment activities Requirements: Conversant in English, spoken and written Graduate from a reputed university with relevant degree in Urban Planning or in Architecture Min 8 years of working experience Track Record in conducting Master Planning projects and executing Large Scale Urban projects Terms and conditions: Working hours: 5 days on, 2 days off, 09:00–18:00 Employment type: full-time Contract duration: long-term Benefits package: to be discussed following the interview
