Exciting opportunity for a Senior Manager, Finance to make a meaningful impact within a fast-growing global organization. This role offers the chance to partner with cross-functional leaders, drive improvements, and grow within a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment.

What- the Role:
Reporting into an experienced VP, Finance, the Senior Manager, Finance will be a key member of the leadership team, overseeing global finance operations across accounting, tax, treasury, and compliance functions. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by ensuring financial accuracy, driving operational improvements, and supporting strategic decision-making across a growing multinational organization.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on, analytical finance leader with experience managing complex accounting environments and partnering with cross-functional teams across multiple entities and locations.
This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with executive leadership, enhance financial processes and systems, and play a key role in supporting the company’s continued global growth.
Key Responsibilities include:
Financial Leadership & Reporting
Oversee consolidated financial reporting, audits, and compliance with accounting standards.
Drive improvements in financial processes, ERP systems, reporting tools, and automation.
Provide financial insights, forecasting, and strategic support to executive leadership.
Treasury & Tax
Partner with external advisors on global tax, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
Support financing activities, insurance renewals, and working capital optimization.
Operational & Strategic Finance
Partner with cross-functional teams to improve profitability, cost visibility, and operational performance.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives including growth and expansion projects.
Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Build scalable processes to support ongoing global growth.
Who- the Candidate:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
4–8+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience.
Experience with global accounting, consolidations, and multi-entity/multi-currency environments.
Strong understanding of inventory accounting, cost accounting, and operational finance.
Experience with ERP systems, process improvements, and financial modeling.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
How Much:
The base salary depends on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience-
$85,000 to $130,000
plus bonus, benefits, paid time off, etc. Please discuss your total compensation expectations in more detail with SWIM.
