The Delivery Services Team is seeking a
Senior Manager - Delivery Lead
. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of complex transformation programs, ensuring alignment with client strategic objectives and operating models.
What you will do
Own end-to-end delivery accountability for large, complex programs, ensuring successful outcomes aligned to client expectations
Provide leadership and direction to multiple workstreams and delivery teams
Partner with senior client stakeholders to define and execute transformation roadmaps
Lead stakeholder management across executive and cross-functional levels
Ensure solutions are delivered in alignment with enterprise transformation goals and operating models
Oversee delivery across solution design, data/integration, migration, configuration, build, and testing
Drive integrated planning across workstreams, ensuring alignment on milestones and dependencies
Establish governance frameworks and proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies
Lead financial oversight including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation
Champion innovation and continuous improvement in delivery methodologies
Drive AI-enabled delivery strategies
, leveraging AI, automation, and advanced analytics to enhance delivery outcomes, decision-making, and operational efficiency
What you bring to the role
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field
10+ years of experience in
program management
and
project management
, including leadership of large-scale transformations
Proven track record delivering complex programs end-to-end as a
Project Manager
or delivery lead
Strong expertise in risk management, governance, and issue resolution
Extensive experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial management
Demonstrated ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders
Strong leadership experience managing large, cross-functional teams
Experience delivering transformation initiatives in
financial services
,
ERP delivery
, or consulting/professional services environments
Proven experience with AI-enabled delivery
, including applying AI, automation, and data-driven approaches to transform delivery models
