Senior Legal Counsel at ZSA Canada — NeverHard

We are working with a Vancouver-headquartered technology company with a global presence that is looking to add an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to its team. Working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, you will be part of a close-knit legal team providing strategic legal advice on a variety of commercial matters. You will be leading negotiations on complex technology agreements and supporting key business initiatives. This position offers considerable autonomy, exposure to a broad range of legal and business issues, and a hybrid working arrangement. The ideal candidate will have 5 – 7 years of post-call experience, including having spent some time in an in-house legal role. Strong experience negotiating technology contracts, including SaaS, licensing and commercial agreements, is essential, together with the ability to provide practical, business-focused legal advice. #J-18808-Ljbffr
