Job summary: We are looking for a proactive and experienced Senior Learning & Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying training needs, designing and delivering effective learning programmes, and ensuring the successful implementation of the annual training plan across Almaty International Airport. You will also coordinate trainers and training providers, maintain accurate training records, support ACI-accredited programmes, and prepare compliance and KPI reports. Key Responsibilities: Conduct Training Needs Analysis in collaboration with relevant departments and consolidate inputs for the annual training plan and budget. Design, deliver, and evaluate training programmes, including ACI ATP courses delivered under ALATA. Coordinate internal and external trainers, including scheduling, logistics, training materials, and participant management. Maintain accurate training records and prepare regular compliance, KPI, and management reports. Support ACI accreditation activities and ensure the quality and accuracy of training documentation. Assist in preparing for and supporting internal and external audits related to training and development activities. Qualifications Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is considered an advantage. Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in L&D or corporate training. Experience in an airport, aviation, ground handling, or large service-industry environment is preferred. Familiarity with ACI, ICAO, or IATA training standards is considered an advantage. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including reporting and dashboard preparation. Strong PowerPoint skills and experience in preparing professional training materials and presentations. Confident user of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Training Management Systems (TMS). Working hours from 8.00 to 17.00, lunch break from 12.00 to 13.00. Annual paid leave of 24 calendar days (1 paid day-off for birthday after 1 year of employment).
