Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Senior IT PM to support digital initiatives within Commercial Banking, specifically focused on the Online Business Banking (OBB) platform. This role sits within a high-performing Technology PMO and will partner closely with delivery teams to drive execution across multiple concurrent initiatives. Skills and Requirements 8+ years of experience as a Technology Project Manager (not Scrum Master) Proven experience delivering projects in Agile / Waterfall hybrid environments Ability to manage multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams within a banking environment Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Demonstrated ability to anticipate risks and proactively manage escalations Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues before they arise Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with changing priorities Prior experience in banking or financial services Experience with Online Banking / Digital Banking platforms Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
