The Opportunity: We are seeking a driven Senior Inside Sales Representative to help lead our growth across North America. You’ll build strong customer relationships, uncover new opportunities, and support clients with reliable technical insight. What You’ll Do: * Product and Market Expertise: Learn our aluminum lineup inside and out, stay tuned in to the market and spot fresh opportunities for new uses and product ideas. * Business Development and Outreach: Go after new customers and distributors across North America, spark conversations through calls, emails, and deliver presentations that open doors. * Customer Support and Relationship Building: Send out samples, follow up quickly, and share clear product info to keep prospects engaged and moving forward. * Sales Operations and Reporting: Keep records tight, track your progress, and share insights that help guide next steps. * Collaboration and On-site Work: Partner with management and production, stay connected to plant operations through regular visits with proper PPE and travel occasionally to meet clients or attend events. * General: Jump in on other tasks that support the team. What We’re Looking For: * Education and Technical Strength: Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field, and a strong understanding of aluminum products and their applications. A background in metallurgy or materials sciences is a standout advantage. * Sales Drive and Commercial Skills: At least 5 years of growing sales success and knowing how to spot and win business while maintaining confidence in navigating negotiations, pricing and niche markets. * Communication and Relationship Skills: Clear communication skills, ability to build trust quickly, and keep relationships moving with strong organization and follow-through. * Analytical and Problem-Solving Ability: Comfortable with digging into technical details, asking the right questions, and finding practical solutions fast. * Tools, Travel, and Work Style: Fluency with Microsoft Office and online platforms, ability to travel across North America with a valid Canadian license, and comfortable staying sharp in a busy sales environment.
