Position Overview: Seeking an experienced Senior Infrastructure Engineer with a strong background in BFSI, Public Sector, or Telecom environments. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership and support large-scale infrastructure modernization initiatives. Responsibilities Lead infrastructure engineering initiatives across BFSI, Public Sector, and Telecom environments. Support modernization programs involving core banking systems, citizen services platforms, OSS/BSS systems, and telecom infrastructure. Design and maintain enterprise infrastructure services and shared capabilities. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams. Support telecom network services, 5G platforms, and enterprise digital environments. Collaborate with cloud, platform, security, and architecture teams. Implement automation, monitoring, and infrastructure governance controls. Ensure compliance with governance, privacy, security, and regulatory requirements. Drive infrastructure reliability, scalability, and operational excellence. Promote engineering best practices and continuous improvement. Required Qualifications Experience as a Senior Infrastructure Engineer within BFSI, Public Sector, or Telecom environments. Experience supporting banking systems, government applications, OSS/BSS, billing, charging, or telecom infrastructure. Strong knowledge of enterprise infrastructure technologies. Experience leading modernization and transformation initiatives. Experience with automation, Infrastructure as Code, and cloud technologies. Understanding of governance, compliance, privacy, and security requirements. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. Experience supporting enterprise-scale environments.
