Senior Hydromechanical Engineer at PeoplePilot — NeverHard

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline. 3+ years of hands-on experience with Hydromechanical Systems , including Hydraulic Systems and Fuel Systems . 5+ years of experience in Mechanical System Design, Development, and System Integration within complex engineering environments. 5+ years of Aerospace or Aviation industry experience supporting hydromechanical, hydraulic, or fuel system programs. Must be legally authorized to work in Canada . Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. Strong experience performing Engineering Analysis , Troubleshooting , and Root Cause Analysis for hydromechanical system and component issues. Experience supporting Testing, Validation, Verification , and engineering issue resolution throughout the product development lifecycle. Strong understanding of System Engineering Principles , design methodologies, and structured engineering review processes. Experience participating in Design Reviews , Technical Reviews , and cross-functional engineering discussions. Hands-on experience integrating Mechanical , Hydraulic , and Fuel Systems while ensuring proper system interaction and performance. Ability to collaborate effectively with Cross-Functional Engineering Teams to resolve technical challenges and support program delivery. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and technical documentation skills.
