Founded in 2019, INNOOVA is a boutique consulting firm specializing in human resources transformation and financial solutions. We support large organizations across multiple sectors government, healthcare, public, finance, and technology in implementing integrated HR management systems projects (HR, time, payroll, and more), payroll, and workforce management solutions. We bring the rigor of a recognized firm without the weight of large corporate structures.
We are looking for someone who advises, influences, and transforms not just someone who configures. Less bureaucracy, more impact.
Your day-to-day impact
- Lead end-to-end HR, time, and payroll system implementation projects from discovery to go-live as the client's trusted point of contact
- Facilitate workshops with sometimes resistant teams: simplify, persuade, structure
- Question client needs and recommends configurations aligned with best practices
- Produce executive-level deliverables that drive decisions
- Advance INNOOVA's practice: accelerator tools, AI integration, knowledge sharing
Requirements
The profile we are looking for — 60% business advisor · 40% functional expert
What matters most (60%):
- Active listening, ability to question and push thinking, emotional intelligence, and stakeholder awareness
- Experience facilitating workshops and managing complex stakeholder environments
- Ability to produce clear, high-impact executive deliverables
- Resilience in complex transformation contexts
What we also expect (40%):
- Knowledge of Human Capital Management (HCM), payroll, or workforce management systems
- Experience implementing HR or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions in a consulting environment
- Certification on a recognised HCM platform an asset, may be supported by INNOOVA
- Experience in the public or government sector an assets
Our must-haves:
- Our mandates span Canada proficiency in both French and English is required.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, or any combination of education and experience deemed equivalent.
- Between 5 and 8 years of meaningful consulting experience, gained at a major firm, consulting practice, or system integrator.
- This position requires obtaining a Government of Canada security clearance. Eligibility will be assessed during the selection process.
