Job DescriptionJob Description Here at Trapped Downtown (336 Queen Street West) we provide escape room experiences for our guests as well as a Bar & Lounge environment for Corporate Events and passers-by. Our team work together to deliver a high quality and memorable time for our customers and make them leave feeling satisfied and exuberant no matter their results in the room. Responsibilities: - Provide an excellent customer experience, delicately guiding customers through the escape rooms. - Monitoring games, players, and spotting potential problems in rooms before customers do. - Resetting escape rooms quickly and accurately. - Store operational tasks ( cleaning, re-stocking, decorations, minor repairs) Qualifications: - Smart Serve - Fluent English is a MUST. - Ability to maintain a passionate, energetic, outgoing and positive attitude. - Excellent communication, customer service, empathy and interpersonal skills. - Attention to detail with an eye on task prioritization. - Ability to work in a fun but fast paced environment while maintaining professionalism at all times. - Able to manage time effectively for smooth operation of customer & coworker experience. - Able to commit to the special store operation hours due to the nature of the business. Friday nights + Weekends!! - Able to deal with situations with logical decisions and a positive attitude. - Film & Theatre background nice to have
