We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our team to design, build, and support scalable, accessible, and secure software solutions. In this role, you will contribute across the full technology stack-from front-end user experiences to back-end services and cloud infrastructure-while providing technical leadership and mentorship within the engineering team. You will collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering partners to deliver high-quality solutions that meet both user and business needs. **Position Responsibilities:** + Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end features across front-end, back-end, APIs, and infrastructure + Collaborate with cross-functional partners (product, design, engineering) to define requirements and deliver solutions + Contribute to architectural and technical design decisions with a focus on scalability, performance, security, and reliability + Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code following established engineering best practices + Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar tools + Troubleshoot and resolve complex, cross-stack issues by identifying root causes and implementing sustainable fixes + Participate in code reviews and contribute to shared engineering standards and documentation + Support and mentor other engineers through knowledge-sharing and constructive feedback + Stay current with emerging technologies and evaluate their applicability to the product ecosystem **Required Qualifications:** + 8+ years experience full stack software development + Professional experience as a full-stack or software engineer delivering production systems + Experience building front-end applications using modern frameworks such as React + Back-end development experience with Node.js, Express, or similar technologies + Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and working with domain-driven models + Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., SQL, MongoDB) + Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, such as Azure + Experience using container technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) + Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices + Understanding of performance, accessibility, and responsive design principles + Experience providing technical guidance, mentorship, or leadership within a team **Preferred Qualifications:** + Experience designing or supporting distributed systems + Strong problem-solving and systems-thinking skills + Clear, collaborative communication style + Interest in continuous learning and improving engineering practices + Experience working in cross-functional or agile teams **When you join our team:** + We'll empower you to learn and grow the career you want. + We'll recognize and support you in a flexible environment where well-being and inclusion are more than just words. + As part of our distributed team, we'll support you in shaping the future you want to see.
