Accountabilities In this role, you will contribute across the full product lifecycle, from early planning to production delivery, ensuring that engineering perspectives shape both strategy and execution. You will design, build, and maintain scalable full-stack features while working closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions. Participate actively in epic planning, sprint scoping, and roadmap discussions, contributing to what gets built and how Own features end-to-end, including requirements breakdown, implementation, testing, and delivery Collaborate with product and design teams to define scope, refine backlog items, and align on priorities Work closely with ML engineering and data teams to integrate data-driven capabilities into product features Build and maintain APIs, services, and user-facing interfaces using modern full-stack technologies Analyze product and user data to guide improvements and optimize feature performance Mentor junior developers and contribute to engineering best practices and technical standards Support rapid prototyping and production-grade development within an agile environment Requirements The ideal candidate brings strong full-stack engineering experience combined with a product-minded approach and comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
