Senior Full Stack Developer (AWS) at RedPico — NeverHard

Senior. Location: Toronto, ON - hybrid, 2 days onsite. Red Pico is hiring a Senior Full Stack Developer to take ownership of backend architecture and development for end-user self-service and access visibility solutions. This role combines architectural responsibility with hands‑on development of APIs, scripts and system integrations, with a strong focus on AWS-based solutions. You will work closely with technical and business stakeholders to translate requirements into secure, scalable, reliable and maintainable applications while contributing to key architecture and design decisions. Responsibilities: Design and own backend architecture for self-service and access visibility capabilities Develop and maintain backend APIs, scripts and system integrations Translate business and technical requirements into scalable backend solutions Define technical standards and development approaches Design solutions that are secure, reliable, maintainable and aligned with architectural standards Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle Identify and address technical risks, dependencies and integration requirements- Support testing, troubleshooting, deployment and ongoing solution improvements Provide technical guidance and contribute to architecture and design decisions Maintain clear technical documentation for architecture, APIs and integrations Qualifications: Experience with AWS and cloud-based application development Experience in application architecture and hands‑on backend development Strong understanding of backend architecture, API design and systems integration Experience developing scripts and automation solutions- Ability to design scalable, secure and maintainable applications Knowledge of software development principles, design patterns and integration practices Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions Strong troubleshooting, communication and technical documentation skills Nice to have: Knowledge of identity and access management or access visibility concepts Experience with enterprise applications and complex system integrations Experience providing technical leadership or mentoring developers- Understanding of DevOps, automated testing and deployment practices #J-18808-Ljbffr
