Job Description Position Purpose This role supports Contractor Services and Pro through recurring planning, forecasting, reporting, financial analysis, and accounting-related activities. It has a structured operating cadence and suits someone who enjoys detailed, hands-on financial work while delivering useful insight to business partners. Key Responsibilities - Support monthly forecasting, budget preparation, planning cycles, variance analysis, and recurring reporting. - Prepare financial analysis and forecasts and explain key results, trends, risks, and opportunities. - Complete journal-entry and accounting-related responsibilities while maintaining records under general accounting principles. - Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial reports and source information. - Develop reports that improve visibility, proactive problem solving, and management decisions. - Coordinate with Finance teams and business partners on studies, forecast outlooks, and planning deliverables. - Identify process and reporting improvements and assist with special projects or ad hoc assignments. - Balance recurring deliverables with responsive analytical support and produce high-quality work on time. About This Team The Contractor Services & Pro Finance team is a trusted strategic partner to the Pro business, providing the financial insight, planning, and decision support needed to drive sustainable growth. The team supports a broad portfolio through financial planning and reporting, outside-sales partnership, and forward-looking strategic initiatives. Team members collaborate closely with business leaders and cross-functional partners to translate financial data into clear recommendations, improve performance, and help shape the future of the Pro business. This is a highly visible environment where strong partnership, thoughtful analysis, and a willingness to challenge the status quo are valued. Working Environment & Technology - Intermediate to advanced Excel; advanced skill is an asset. - Tableau strongly preferred; exceptional learners may be considered. Skills and Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline. - 3-5+ years of financial analysis, accounting, FP&A, or related experience. - Understanding of forecasting, budgeting, financial reporting, journal entries, and accounting principles. - Intermediate to advanced Excel capability. - Hands-on experience with Tableau. - Expertise in business analysis and financial modeling, with strong attention to detail. - Clear communication and ability to work with stakeholders across levels and functions. - Efficient, organized, responsible, and flexible in approach. - Google BigQuery knowledge and experience with data-visualization tools. - Experience using AI tools such as Copilot or Gemini.
