Job DescriptionJob Description Senior Finance Contracting Resource Our client is seeking a Contract Senior Controller / Director to join their team immediately. This is a hands-on role supporting senior leadership with critical financial insights. Your success will be defined by your ability to: Perform in-depth financial and operational analysis, delivering insights to C-suite leaders including the President Analyze large data sets, validate data accuracy, and identify gaps to support business decision-making Provide forward-looking and historical analysis to influence strategic direction Collaborate closely with the Controller and finance team to support ongoing business needs Participate in leadership meetings and effectively communicate financial results and insight Take a hands-on approach to problem solving, diving into the details when required Your strengths include: CPA designation is required Experience at the Senior Controller, Director, or higher level Strong background in construction or project-based industries, understanding contract claims is an asset Advanced Excel and skills, Power BI is an asset Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership and stakeholders A hands-on, "roll up your sleeves" mindset Ability to start immediately If you are interested in this role and meet the above criteria, please click the " Apply " button to send your resume directly to Raymond Luu.
