Position Overview This role involves maintaining and repairing property surfaces, fixtures, equipment, and mechanical systems across the property. Duties include responding to guest and customer repair requests, performing preventive maintenance on tools and equipment, and handling general repairs such as drywall, ceiling tiles, carpentry, doors, and floors. Key Responsibilities Perform general repairs across the property: drywall, ceiling tiles, carpentry, doors, floors, and other surfaces. Set up and take down signs, kiosks, tables, beds, and other property fixtures. Respond to and attend to guest repair requests, communicating with guests/customers to resolve maintenance issues. Perform preventive maintenance on tools, kitchen equipment, and mechanical room equipment. Process and carry out maintenance work orders, ensuring timely and professional completion. Assist in troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance for equipment and facilities, including CNC machines, brake presses, punch presses, and other mechanical equipment. Qualifications and Experience Experience performing general maintenance repairs and preventive maintenance on tools and equipment. Experience troubleshooting mechanical and equipment issues such as CNC machines and brake presses. Good communication skills with guests/customers. Employment Type and Compensation Full-time.
