A career as Senior Risk Manager in the Enterprise Risk Management team at National Bank means acting as a strategic leader in crisis simulation and scenario analysis. Your job Pilot crisis simulation exercises across the Bank, including stress tests and scenario analyses Oversee the continuous improvement of programs and tools related to non-financial risks Coordinate complex simulations involving several stakeholders and ensure compliance with deadlines Represent the Bank with regulatory bodies and external bodies Prepare and present analyses and recommendations to senior management and governance committees Influence and challenge internal partners to ensure the quality, rigor and relevance of results Prerequisites A bachelor’s degree and approximately 10 years of relevant experience in risk management or a related field Experience in project management and financial or non-financial risk management Solid knowledge of the banking sector and the regulatory environment Ability to manage complex and multidimensional initiatives Languages You will need to collaborate with a regulator/authority/government body outside Quebec.
