Senior DevOps/SRE - Fintech - Montreal at Adaptive — NeverHard

We are looking for an SRE engineer to join our team in Montreal and work on a global‑impact project. Responsibilities Guide the development team in best practice CI/CD and full system testing. Support project solutions and support teams, maintain infrastructure, and apply lessons learned to improve best practices. Troubleshoot cloud infrastructure, identify issues, and assist in resolution. Adhere strictly to the organization’s security policies. Enhance cloud services operations and monitoring proactively. Design maintenance procedures and operational guides. Test, evaluate, and implement new technologies. Make the project easy to deploy and manage through automation and standardization. Participate in best practice definition for project installations. Qualifications Extensive troubleshooting and coordination skills. Demonstrated skill in deploying and supporting large‑scale, customer‑critical systems. Strong understanding of AWS, Kubernetes, Linux, and automation technologies. Strong understanding of common network protocols and Terraform along with other cloud automation tools. Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and Bash. Knowledge of Docker, container orchestration, and container runtime. Experience building, deploying, and managing stateful services such as databases or consensus clusters. Benefits 23 vacation days.
