Position Overview: Seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer with a strong background in BFSI, Public Sector, or Telecom environments. The ideal candidate will lead DevOps initiatives and support enterprise modernization programs. Responsibilities Lead DevOps initiatives supporting enterprise transformation programs. Support modernization initiatives for core banking, payments, citizen services, OSS/BSS platforms, billing systems, charging platforms, and telecom customer platforms. Design and maintain enterprise CI/CD platforms. Lead cloud automation and Infrastructure as Code implementations. Support telecom infrastructure, network operations, 5G services, and enterprise digital platforms. Collaborate with business and technology teams supporting banking, government, and telecom operations. Implement security, governance, compliance, and operational controls. Mentor engineers and promote DevOps best practices. Drive monitoring, observability, and reliability improvements. Support continuous delivery and operational excellence initiatives. Required Qualifications Experience as a Senior DevOps Engineer within BFSI, Public Sector, or Telecom environments. Experience leading DevOps transformation initiatives. Experience supporting banking systems, government platforms, OSS/BSS, billing, charging, or telecom environments. Strong expertise in CI/CD, automation, and cloud platforms. Experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Strong understanding of governance, compliance, and security controls. Experience with Kubernetes, containers, and cloud-native technologies. Experience with Infrastructure as Code and DevOps tooling. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
