Job Description The Senior Data Insights Analyst will join the Analytics & Data Insights team at Care.com, focusing on leveraging data and analytics to drive strategic business decisions. This hybrid role involves partnering with Enterprise Network Operations and Servicing Operations teams to analyze performance metrics, optimize processes, and improve reporting. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders by translating complex concepts into clear, actionable insights for executive leadership. Additionally, this position requires mentoring junior analysts and taking ownership of metrics to uncover growth opportunities and solve ambiguous business problems. What You’ll Do: Formulate data-driven strategies and convey key findings through compelling narratives to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Work with the Enterprise Network Operations team to analyze backup care fulfillment, as well as caregiver availability, quality and supply. Partner with the Enterprise Servicing Operations team to improve internal reporting and processes including representative productivity and phone/email/chat performance. Bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams, translating complex data science or engineering concepts into clear, narrative-driven insights for executive leadership. Mentor and elevate junior and mid-level analysts, providing constructive feedback on code, data modeling, and visualization best practices to foster a culture of continuous learning. Take ownership, from definition to reporting, of metrics related to the functional area that you support Lead collaborative, deep-dive analysis projects with stakeholders to uncover growth opportunities, optimize operational efficiency, and solve ambiguous business problems.
