Senior Quality Assurance Specialist
Most agencies treat QA as a step. We're hiring someone to make it a discipline.
This is inBeat's first dedicated QA hire. You'll build the function from the ground up — designing the review processes, running the day-to-day checks, and over time scaling the practice beyond a single person. The brief is simple: nothing outbound goes to a client or a platform without a clean pass through QC.
The work matters because the mistakes it prevents are the ones that quietly erode trust. A CTA placed where Facebook's button covers it. A caption that crops behind TikTok's UI. A claim on a pet health campaign that drifted from "supports" to "cures" between draft three and final delivery. Small things. Compounding consequences.
What you'll own
You'll be the last line of defence on outbound creative — copy decks, scripts, captions, assets — before any of it reaches a client or goes live. That means accuracy, brand compliance, regulatory claims, and platform specs, every time. The avoidable issues that make agencies look amateur are the ones you catch first.
The immediate focus is our Tier 1, high-compliance accounts, starting with NutriMax. You'll partner with Valen to build a tiered client framework (low, medium, high compliance) and apply rigorous claim-checking on regulated work — pet health, supplements, and other categories where the difference between "supports" and "cures" isn't semantic, it's legal. You'll maintain claim libraries, do-not-say lists, and approved phrase banks for each Tier 1 brand.
Brand standards sit with you too. Logos, colour, typography, tone of voice — checked against each client's guidelines, not from memory. You'll keep brand standards summaries live for the top accounts so the studio has one reference point, not five.
Then you'll turn all of that into a system. Checklists, review templates, SOPs, pre-flight checks by output type. QA stops being a person and becomes a process the agency can scale. You'll track error patterns, report trends to leadership monthly, and recommend workflow changes that reduce revision cycles before they become a problem.
You'll work across creative, strategy, account management, and PM — the calm, constructive voice in the room who catches problems early without becoming a bottleneck. As volume grows, you'll help coach junior QA or proofreaders, and define what the QA support layer looks like once the load justifies it.

Why inBeat
inBeat is a tight-knit team of creative, data-driven people building services for some of the largest brands in the world. The work is real, the clients are tier-one, and the culture is built on three things: autonomy, transparency, and high performance.
This role is a particular kind of fit. You're not joining to be loud. You're joining because the difference between work that goes out clean and work that doesn't matters to you — and you'd rather be the person who makes sure of it than the person who explains why it didn't happen. If that sounds like you, you'll have more autonomy here than in most agencies, and the QA function you build will become the agency standard.
How we work
Fully remote. Work from anywhere that works for you.
Flexible hours. We care about outcomes, not optics.
Unlimited time off and sick days. Take what you need. Come back better.
Real room to grow. Fast-growing agency, fast-growing scope.
If this sounds like the role you've been looking for, we'd like to hear from you.
