Your role As a Senior Consultant, you will play a leading role in helping clients navigate complex transformation challenges and deliver measurable business outcomes. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to assess current-state capabilities, define future-state ambitions, and design practical transformation initiatives across business, operational, organizational, and technology dimensions. You will lead project workstreams, manage client relationships, and contribute to the development of innovative solutions that improve organizational performance, effectiveness, and growth. Key Responsibilities Lead workstreams within enterprise-wide transformation, strategy, and business improvement programs. Support clients in addressing complex business challenges related to growth, performance, operating model effectiveness, and transformation execution. Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to identify issues, evaluate options, and develop actionable recommendations. Design and deliver transformation strategies, target operating models, governance frameworks, and implementation roadmaps. Assess organizational structures, business processes, operating models, and technology capabilities to identify improvement opportunities. Support large-scale transformation initiatives, including business transformation, ERP-enabled transformation, digital transformation, PMO, and organizational change programs. Develop business cases, transformation plans, executive presentations, and strategic recommendations. Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions with management and executive leadership teams. Manage project plans, risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder communications. Mentor junior team members and support their professional development. Contribute to business development activities, proposal development, and thought leadership initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. 4-5 years of experience in management consulting, technology consulting, transformation programs, PMO, or project management. Demonstrated experience delivering complex technology or business transformation initiatives. Strong understanding of at least one of the following areas: Technology Strategy SAP/ERP Transformation Digital Transformation Enterprise Architecture Program & Project Management Change Management IT Governance & Operating Model Data & Analytics Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills. Experience interacting with senior management and executive stakeholders. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills. Fluent Russian and English language skills Willingness to travel as required. Preferred Qualifications Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, SAP, TOGAF, Prosci, or equivalent. Experience working within consulting or professional services organizations. Experience managing cross-functional and multicultural teams.
