As a Senior Consultant in SAP S/4HANA MM Public Cloud, you will support inventory and materials management transformation by enabling Fit-to-Standard adoption, configuring core inventory processes (goods movements, stock management), and delivering integrated testing, cutover, and stabilization outcomes across the broader supply chain and finance landscape.
What you will do
Support Fit-to-Standard workshops for MM/Inventory; capture requirements, map to SAP standard processes, and document gaps/decisions.
Configure SAP S/4HANA MM Public Cloud for goods receipt/issue, stock management, inventory movements, and related configuration aligned to clean-core principles.
Support integration alignment across Procurement and SD and downstream Finance impacts (inventory postings, valuation and reconciliation touchpoints).
Develop and maintain functional documentation, configuration rationale, and test assets (scenarios/scripts) for traceability and sign-off.
Coordinate and execute unit, system integration, and UAT testing - leveraging the SAP Test Automation Tool where applicable - and triage/resolve defects with cross-functional teams.
Support data readiness activities for materials/inventory objects and contribute to reconciliation and migration validation activities.
Support cutover planning and execution (readiness checklists, mock cutovers), go-live activities, and hypercare stabilization.
Apply SAP Activate delivery practices and tools (e.g., CBC/Cloud ALM) across delivery activities and support continuous improvement.
Stay current on SAP Public Cloud quarterly releases and innovations; support impact assessments and optimization recommendations.
What you bring to the role
4+ years of SAP MM/Inventory experience with configuration and testing exposure; SAP S/4HANA required and Public Cloud experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of inventory processes (goods movements, stock management) and understanding of cross-module impacts.
Experience participating in Fit-to-Standard workshops and producing clear documentation and delivery artifacts.
Testing experience across SIT/UAT with structured defect management.
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in client-facing delivery teams.
