The Opportunity
EY Technology Consulting is a fast-moving and high-growth area within EY. We are currently looking for a Senior Consultant – SAP Analytics / SAP Datasphere to join our Enterprise Applications team. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex SAP Analytics transformation programs, support clients in designing and implementing scalable reporting and analytics solutions and contribute to the growth of EY’s SAP Analytics capabilities.
Your Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Consultant – SAP Analytics / SAP Datasphere, you will support client and EY teams in designing, building, and implementing SAP Analytics solutions that are scalable, adaptable, and aligned with evolving business needs. This Senior Consultant version translates those expectations into a delivery-focused role with strong technical contribution and emerging leadership.
Work with clients and EY project teams to gather business requirements and translate them into SAP Analytics and reporting solutions.
Support the design, configuration, development, testing, and deployment of SAP Analytics solutions across SAP Datasphere, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP HANA, CDS Views, SAP Analytics Cloud, and related platforms.
Contribute to solution design discussions and provide hands‑on technical support across data modeling, reporting, integration, and analytics workstreams.
Assist in developing scalable data models, analytical models, replication flows, transformation flows, and reporting solutions within SAP Datasphere and related tools.
Support full life‑cycle delivery activities, including prepare, high‑level design, detailed design, build, test, deploy, and post‑go‑live support.
Collaborate with functional, technical, offshore, and client teams to ensure high‑quality delivery and effective project execution.
Prepare project documentation, client‑facing materials, presentations, and status updates.
Stay current on SAP Analytics trends, reporting tools, and emerging technologies relevant to SAP Datasphere, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, and Microsoft Fabric.
Help coach junior team members by sharing technical knowledge, project delivery best practices, and lessons learned.

To qualify for the role, you must have
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in information systems, commerce, accounting, computer science, engineering, business, finance, or another related field.
Approximately 4+ years of experience implementing SAP Analytics, SAP BI, SAP BW, SAP HANA, SAP Datasphere, or related reporting and analytics solutions.
Experience with SAP Datasphere, including data modeling, views, analytical models, replication flows, and transformation flows.
Experience with data modeling using CDS views, calculation views, virtual data models, HANA data provisioning, and HANA security.
Hands‑on experience with SAP Analytics solutions, including one or more of the following: SAP Datasphere, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP HANA Modeling, SAP CDS Views, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP BusinessObjects, and Analysis for Office.
Experience supporting full life‑cycle SAP Analytics implementations, including design, build, test, deploy, and support phases.
Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and ECC data models and analysis.
Experience working with SAP Reporting and Analytics front‑end tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud and the BusinessObjects suite, including Analysis for Office.
Ideally, you'll also have
SAP Analytics certification or relevant SAP technical certification.
Experience with SAP BW to SAP Datasphere or SAP HANA migration initiatives.
Exposure to Microsoft Fabric.
Strong systems thinking and the ability to understand how different components of a solution interact.
Project planning, organization, and documentation skills.
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts through clear written, verbal, and visual materials.
Experience supporting, coaching, or guiding junior consultants through project delivery activities.
