Infosys is seeking a Senior Consultant with experience on Oracle Field Service Cloud and other Oracle CX Cloud applications including implementation of end‑to‑end field service solutions, workforce optimization, and mobility‑driven service execution. The ideal candidate will possess in‑depth expertise in Oracle Field Service Cloud, complemented by experience in Fusion Service Cloud and Oracle ERP integrations, and a broad understanding of service lifecycle processes across field operations. This role will require playing a key role in application managed services or application implementations and contributing to different phases of the project lifecycle including leading requirements gathering, solution design, and production support, and playing an important role in the configuration, development, and deployment of the Oracle Field Service Cloud solution. The role will require collaborating with cross‑functional teams including developers, analysts, and project managers to deliver high‑quality solutions. Required Qualifications Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Mississauga, Ontario or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in Canada. Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of each year of education. At least 4 years of Information Technology experience. Candidates authorized to work for any employer in Canada without employer‑based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply. Infosys is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role at this time. Required Skills Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle CX Cloud including Field Service Cloud. Experience in Architecture/Design/Detailing of Processes and Problem Definition. Knowledge and experience of implementing Work Order Management and Scheduling, Routing and Capacity Planning, Resource Management and Forecasting, Dispatch Console and Work Assignment, and Mobility and Field Technician Enablement. Strong understanding of business processes related to Field Service Operations. Hands‑on experience in OFSC Core Configuration, Integration with upstream/downstream systems and Field Service Plugins. PoC ideation, creation and demonstration to client. Preferred Skills Perform role of a Senior Consultant at onsite and work with offshore team on deliverables. Have done at least two green‑field implementations and have experience in working in projects with Agile methodology. Good analytical and communication skills. Build strong business partner interactions with client stakeholders. Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment. Compensation Estimated annual compensation range for the candidate based in Ontario: $92,740 to $105,007. Work Conditions The job may entail extensive travel. It may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to effectively communicate by telephone, email, and face to face.
