We are seeking an experienced
Senior Construction Manager
to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects involving
Wastewater Treatment Plants (WWTPs)
and other industrial process facilities. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all phases of construction from mobilization through project completion.
Lead and coordinate field teams, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure project objectives are met.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
Review construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents to ensure work is performed according to project requirements.
Identify and resolve construction issues while minimizing project impacts.
Conduct site inspections, progress meetings, and quality assurance reviews.
Prepare and maintain project reports, schedules, and documentation.
Foster strong working relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams.
Promote a culture of safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
Minimum of 10 years of construction management experience, wit experience in
Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP)
or industrial process facility projects.
Proven ability to manage large, complex construction projects from start to finish.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, project scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors.
Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
Post-secondary education in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
Professional designations or industry certifications are considered an asset.
