Accountabilities: Drive revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities across performance marketing, enterprise, and mobile-focused verticals. Own the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, pitching, negotiation, and contract closure with advertisers and strategic partners. Build and maintain long-term relationships with senior stakeholders, advertisers, publishers, and technology partners to support business expansion. Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to align growth initiatives and improve customer retention and account performance. Develop scalable commercial frameworks and contribute to market expansion strategies based on competitive analysis and industry insights. Support upsell and cross-sell initiatives within existing accounts to maximize customer lifetime value and reduce churn. Represent the organization at conferences, networking events, and industry meetings to strengthen brand visibility and generate new opportunities. Monitor pipeline performance, forecast revenue opportunities, and provide strategic recommendations to support sustainable business growth. Requirements: 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, account management, or growth roles within performance marketing, affiliate marketing, digital media, or mobile user acquisition. Strong understanding of CPA, CPI, CPL, and other performance-based advertising and monetization models. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue and business development targets in fast-paced commercial environments. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to engage senior decision-makers. Experience managing multiple sales opportunities simultaneously while maintaining strong organizational and prioritization skills. Familiarity with CRM systems, sales tools, and pipeline management best practices. Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, self-driven approach to identifying and executing growth opportunities. Ability to analyze market trends, identify high-potential segments, and contribute to strategic commercial planning. Experience working with international markets, SaaS products, or enterprise-level clients is considered an asset. Existing relationships within performance marketing or mobile acquisition ecosystems would be advantageous.
