Day in the Life
As Senior Brand Manager, you will report to the Sr. Manager, NA Brand, and bring the Lululemon brand to guests through various campaigns and brand initiatives across a variety of channels. You will lead integrated, omni‑channel campaigns for membership programs, activations, and guest engagement, delivering seamless guest journeys through loyalty initiatives, marketing plans, and cross‑functional collaborations.
Core Responsibilities
Lead large‑scale, complex marketing initiatives and campaigns requiring strategy development, cross‑functional marketing plans, and execution of integrated omni‑channel campaigns for loyalty initiatives.
Partner with marketing, operations, and strategy teams to bring member recognition efforts to life and ensure strategies support business objectives and KPIs.
Develop clear creative briefs that inspire teams, including insight development, competitor and market trends, category opportunities, campaign objectives, KPIs, target audience, and messaging hierarchy.
Support creative development with internal or external agencies, providing strategic guidance and acting as a key stakeholder on‑set.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Loyalty, Digital Product/UX, Merchandising, Retail Marketing, Ecommerce, Digital, Social, PR, Community, Events, Sports Marketing) to execute best‑in‑class campaigns and digital/IRL experiences for guests.
Manage project roadmap, budget tracking, and deliverables with the support of a Brand Specialist, while setting and driving KPIs, measuring, and reporting results and learnings.
Manage stakeholders and keep leadership engaged with marketing plans.
Qualifications
8‑10 years’ experience in brand or loyalty marketing for a high‑profile, globally branded organization.
A university degree in Business or Marketing is preferred.
Deep understanding of loyalty and brand marketing, driving omni‑channel initiatives from inception to execution across digital and IRL events.
Creative, agile, innovative individual with a strong grasp of future marketing trends, culture, and competitive dynamics.
Extensive experience in creative brief development and collaboration with creative teams/agencies, including on‑set work.
Proven ability to negotiate, influence, and collaborate with key decision makers in a complex matrix environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling presentations and rally cross‑functional teams and executives as a storyteller.
Strong strategic thinking skills, innovative thinker, and comfort with ambiguity.
Adaptable, able to juggle changing priorities while maintaining a positive attitude amid changing deliverables or business needs.
Organized and experienced with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet) and timeline development/management.
Active engagement with trends in loyalty, sport, fashion, lifestyle, and entertainment culture.

Compensation and Benefits Package
Compensation for this position ranges from $112,000 – $147,000 CAD annually. Base pay is based on market location, job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. Permanent employees may also be eligible for a competitive annual bonus program and other benefits as part of our total rewards offering.
