As we continue to expand, we're looking for an experienced Bookkeeper who wants more than just data entry. Core Responsibilities Prepare accurate monthly financial statements Complete monthly bank and credit card reconciliations Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable Process payroll and payroll remittances Prepare and file GST, PST, EHT, and WorkSafeBC filings Track corporate tax obligations and coordinate with external accountants Record and reconcile daily financial transactions Manage intercompany transactions and shareholder accounts Prepare year-end packages for accountants Monitor vendor credits, warranty reimbursements, and parts return credits Maintain organized, audit-ready financial records What We're Looking For 5+ years of bookkeeping experience Strong knowledge of Canadian payroll and tax compliance Advanced knowledge of QuickBooks Online Experience with intercompany accounting Exceptional attention to detail and organization Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Why Join SuperTech?
