Senior Architect (Astana) at SPERI Kazakhstan — NeverHard

Key Responsibilities / Обязанности: Develop and coordinate architectural projects from Concept Design to Detailed Design stages. Lead the preparation of architectural drawings, presentations, and technical documentation. Coordinate design solutions with structural, MEP, and other engineering disciplines (both local and international teams). Ensure projects comply with Kazakhstan building codes, standards (SNiPs, SP RK), and planning regulations. Manage and coordinate workflows using BIM (Revit) methodologies to ensure model quality and project efficiency. Supervise, mentor, and guide junior and mid-level architects within the team. Liaise with clients, contractors, and local authorities as required during design stages. Participate in the integration of innovative digital tools and AI applications in the design process. Requirements / Требования: Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture. Experience: Minimum of 5–7 years of professional experience in architectural design (experience with international companies or large-scale local projects is a strong plus). Software Skills: Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit (BIM workflow is mandatory), AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign). Knowledge of Rhino, SketchUp, or AI design tools is highly appreciated. Regulations: Strong knowledge of Kazakhstan design standards, building codes (СНиП / СП РК), and approval/permitting processes. Languages: Fluent English (written and spoken) is required as you will work with international teams and documentation. Fluent Russian; knowledge of Kazakh is an advantage. Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
