Job DescriptionJob Description Senior Application Support Administrator – Wealth Systems Downtown Toronto | Hybrid 4 days downtown We’re looking for a Senior Application Support Administrator to manage and support Wealth Management systems and enterprise applications. You’ll oversee system performance, integrations, upgrades, and configurations, ensuring stability and security across critical wealth platforms. What You’ll Do: Administer and optimize Wealth Management platforms Collaborate with IT, vendors, and business teams for seamless delivery Manage access, patching, monitoring, and troubleshooting Support cloud and on-prem deployments, audits, and compliance What You Bring: 5+ years in enterprise application support (Wealth/Financial Services) Knowledge of ServiceNow, JIRA, APIs , and cloud (AWS/Azure) Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Scripting (PowerShell) experience ( nice to have) Join a growing Technology team driving modernization and digital innovation. Wealth / Financial Systems Exposure “Have you worked with dealer book of record systems or platforms like RPM or similar wealth management systems?” System Upgrades & Maintenance “Can you walk me through how you’ve managed system upgrades or application patching in a production environment?” Incident & Ticket Management “Which ticketing tools have you used (like ServiceNow or JIRA), and how do you typically prioritize and resolve high-impact support issues?” Cloud & On-Prem Deployments “Do you have experience managing or deploying applications in cloud environments such as AWS or Azure? How about on-premises infrastructure?” Access & Security Management “What’s your approach to managing user access, roles, and security permissions — and ensuring compliance with InfoSec or audit requirements?” Automation / Scripting “Have you used any scripting tools like PowerShell or Python to automate administrative or monitoring tasks? Can you give an example?” Collaboration & Vendor Coordination “This role requires working closely with vendors and internal IT teams — can you describe a time you coordinated with multiple teams to resolve an application issue?” Monitoring & Performance Tuning “How do you typically monitor system health or performance? What tools or methods have you used for log analysis or proactive issue detection?” Disaster Recovery & Compliance “Have you been involved in disaster recovery planning, backup management, or IT audits for enterprise systems?
