Global X is looking for a Senior Analyst, Product Management to join our dynamic team in the Canadian and Global ETF Market. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated and attentive individual. As a Senior Analyst, Product Management, you will play a crucial role in conducting market and product research, assisting with product management initiatives, and ensure the successful launch and ongoing management of our ETFs. Responsibilities
Serving as a resource to various internal partners (e.g., sales, marketing) regarding product inquiries, portfolio construction and data requests
Support and monitor the full ETF product roadmap, staying current on investment objectives, investment strategies, performance, fees, and competitive positioning
Assess overall product health by monitoring AUM, fund flows, fee revenue, and costs against breakeven thresholds to ensure commercial viability and contribute to data-driven decision-making on the future of each product (i.e., potential product enhancements, mergers, or fund closure)
Take ownership of ensuring all product documentation and client-facing materials remain current, accurate, and consistent across channels
Support internal stakeholders in developing and maintaining compelling narratives, pitchbooks, and sales / marketing intelligence
Support product enhancement initiatives in partnership with Product Strategy and Portfolio Management Teams
Coordinate responses to due diligence questionnaires from institutional clients
Support data inputs, validation, and distribution across third-party databases
Skills and Experience
3+ years of experience in financial services (including co-op and internship programs), with demonstrated knowledge and interest in financial markets
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, Finance, Economics, Engineering or a related field
Solid understanding of distribution channels, including direct, institutional, retail, and independent
Demonstrates strong attention to detail
Nice to have
Familiarity with indexing and understanding of index methodologies is a plus
Completion of CFA Level 1 is a plus

This opportunity is for an existing vacancy within the organization. The anticipated annual base salary range for the Senior Analyst, Product Management position is $85,000 to $135,000. The exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and budget.
