Job DescriptionJob Description We are a growing property management company specializing in short-term and long-term rentals, Airbnb management, and a wide range of residential property services. We are looking for a motivated, professional, and outgoing Sales Representative to join our team and work from our office. Responsibilities: Generate new leads and identify potential clients and property owners Contact prospective clients by phone, email, and other channels Introduce and promote our property management and rental services Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and clients Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into new business Explain our short-term rental, long-term rental, Airbnb management, and home service solutions Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities Work closely with our property management team to ensure a smooth transition for new clients Help grow the company’s client base and identify new business opportunities Qualifications: Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Confident and comfortable speaking with potential clients Strong follow-up and organizational skills Self-motivated, positive, and goal-oriented Professional attitude and appearance Experience in real estate, property management, rentals, or Airbnb is an asset Comfortable working with phone, email, and basic computer systems Must be fluent in both Farsi and English . Position: This is an in-office position and is not fully remote. We are looking for someone who enjoys sales, building relationships, and helping grow a business.
