Position: Security Professional - Concierge Location: Markham, Ontario. Payrate: $19.00 per hour Shifts: Full-Time - Mondays to Fridays | 4:00PM - 12 midnight Part-time - Saturday & Sunday |12:00 noon - 12:00 midnight | Evening Overview Allied Universal is seeking experienced Security Professional - Concierges to oversee one of our residential sites in Markham, Ontario. The ideal candidates are seasoned individuals with excellent communication skills, willing to work Evening Shifts , and able to work with a dynamic security team. If you have experience as in residential security , enjoy patrolling , and can maintain a high level of professionalism, we'd like to hear from you. Responsibilities Conduct regular patrols of the designated area to monitor and ensure the safety and security of the premises. Maintain detailed records of patrols, documenting incidents, irregularities, and any equipment malfunction. Communicate effectively with residents, property management, contractors, and other property staff. Maintain a professional attitude towards training and security protocols, including emergency response and communications. Address and resolve resident complaints, ensuring total client satisfaction. Support property management with any additional tasks as required. Requirements Experience in Concierge Security experience. Proficiency in basic computer skills and wireless technology. Excellent written and oral communication Must have great customer service skills Must have a valid Ontario Security License . Must be eligible to work in Canada up to 40 hours a week. First Aid and CPR High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience Ability to stand or walk for extended periods, occasionally climb stairs, and lift or carry up to 40 pounds.
