Securities Associate – 2–5 Years Experience Mid-Sized Toronto Firm Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid) Practice Area: Securities / Capital Markets The Opportunity A well-established, mid-sized Toronto law firm is seeking a Securities Associate (2–5 years of experience) to join its growing team. The successful candidate will work closely with experienced partners on a wide range of securities and capital markets matters while benefiting from strong mentorship and meaningful responsibility. Key Responsibilities Advise clients on public and private securities offerings and regulatory compliance Assist with continuous disclosure obligations and securities filings Support mergers, acquisitions, and corporate finance transactions Draft prospectuses, offering memoranda, and related documentation Liaise with regulators, underwriters, and institutional clients Provide strategic advice on corporate governance and disclosure matters Practice Strengths The firm has strong, established practices in: Corporate/Commercial Real Estate Insolvency & Restructuring Employment Commercial Litigation This multidisciplinary platform provides excellent exposure to complex, high-quality work.
