Job Title: Scrum Master / Project Manager Location: Toronto, ON Work Arrangement: Onsite Experience: 10+ Years Employment Type: Full-Time Job Description We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master / Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of a Power BI reporting program using Agile, Scrum, and project management methodologies. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing cross-functional teams, stakeholders, project governance, risks, schedules, and reporting within a structured enterprise or government environment. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of the Power BI reporting program using Agile, Scrum, and project management best practices Ensure project delivery aligns with applicable federal government governance and compliance requirements Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives Remove delivery impediments and proactively manage project risks, issues, and dependencies Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, RAID logs, resource plans, status reports, and executive dashboards Coordinate business stakeholders, data architects, Power BI developers, QA analysts, infrastructure teams, and other technical resources Manage project scope, timelines, resources, budgets, dependencies, and delivery milestones Drive stakeholder engagement and maintain clear communication across project teams Track project progress and provide regular updates to senior leadership and executives Manage change requests, scope changes, risks, issues, and escalation processes Ensure deliverables meet quality, governance, and project standards Support continuous improvement of Agile delivery processes and team effectiveness Required Qualifications 10+ years of total professional experience Strong experience as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, or Agile Delivery Lead Minimum 7 years of work history in Canada Experience delivering enterprise reporting, data, analytics, or Power BI initiatives Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and traditional project management methodologies Experience managing cross-functional technical and business teams Strong experience with project planning, RAID management, status reporting, resource planning, and executive communication Excellent stakeholder management, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects within agreed timelines and budgets Preferred Skills Power BI program/project delivery experience Federal government project experience Knowledge of government governance and delivery frameworks Experience with data and analytics projects Experience managing technical teams including data architects, developers, QA, and infrastructure resources Agile/Scrum certification such as CSM, PSM, or SAFe PMP certification is an advantage Security Requirement Minimum 7 years of work history in Canada Must be eligible for Pro-B Security Clearance Key Competencies Scrum & Agile Delivery Project Management Power BI Program Management Stakeholder Management Risk & Issue Management Scope & Change Management Resource & Budget Management Executive Reporting RAID Management Cross-Functional Team Leadership Government Governance Delivery Planning and Execution
