Job DescriptionJob DescriptionThe Screen Printing Machine Operator is responsible for producing high-quality finished products on time and according to order specifications. This role involves setting up and operating machines, reviewing order details, performing quality checks, and completing general production tasks as required. Responsibilities: -Review and understand order specifications before each job -Set up machines and prepare garments or materials for production -Load and unload garments or materials as required -Select the proper thread, fabric, hoops, designs, colours, and placement based on order requirements -Operate and monitor multiple machines at the same time -Cut backing, trim threads, and complete finishing work on products -Check finished products for quality, placement, colour sequence, and accuracy against order specs -Troubleshoot basic machine issues during production -Perform preventative maintenance to keep equipment in good working condition -Maintain a clean and organized work area -Complete other duties as assigned by the company or supervisor Requirements: -Previous embroidery, screen printing, or machine operation experience is an asset -Ability to read and understand work orders, production specs, colours, and placement details -Strong attention to detail with the ability to complete quality checks accurately -Good hand-eye coordination and comfort working with garments, materials, and machines -Operate multiple machines, manage priorities, and troubleshoot issues Requirements: Strong communication skills and reliable attendance for the Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM shift Accommodations are available upon request for all individuals with disabilities taking part in the recruitment and selection process.
