Scientist I, In Vivo Pharmacology – Tumor Intrinsic Biology at AbbVie — NeverHard

Job Description Our In Vivo Pharmacology group in South San Francisco, CA has an opening for a motivated in vivo pharmacologist who is dedicated to the discovery and development of innovative cancer therapeutics. The scientist will execute in vivo efficacy and PK/PD studies to support novel cancer drug development programs in mouse tumor models. The scientist will work collaboratively in a project team setting with biology, medicinal chemistry, biologics, and DMPK scientists to advance oncology programs through the R&D pipeline. Responsibilities: Execute and optimize efficacy/PK/PD studies utilizing human CDX and PDX tumor models in immunocompromised mice. Understand study designs and work towards independent study design planning for assigned/owned projects. Analysis of data and presentation of efficacy/PD results to project teams and stakeholders. Work closely with and support other pharmacology team members for in vivo studies across team projects.
